So I’ve been working at a retail store for the past year. There’s like 100 employees that clock in at work from 8 to 4:30 pm. There’s someone at work who is a wallflower and we aren’t really friends and we seldom talk. she has a tendency of glancing at me and smiling regularly and even glancing at me through dense crowds of customers/employees glances at solely me in a room occupied with other coworkers to smile and waiting until other coworkers pass her until I pass so she could glance at me and smile. Sure I see her smile at other people sometimes but wtf is this? I’ve never asked a question like this before and I’ve never considered anything about this topic before meeting her. This is a novel consideration. This looks unfamiliar to me what is happening because it’s not elaborated on?

Dude, who knows what's up with that chick at work always giving you weird smiles. Some people are just real quiet and shy, maybe she doesn't know how to start a convo so she's being friendly in her own awkward way lol.
I wouldn't read too much into it, but I guess it could mean she thinks you're cute and wants to chat but isn't sure how to break the ice. Or maybe she's smoking something on her breaks that makes her all spacy, who knows!
Either way I wouldn't stress on it. If you wanna find out what her deal is, maybe just nod back or say hi next time and see how she reacts. Or you can totally ignore her if you're not interested.
Could be she's into you, might not be. Not worth dwelling too hard unless she starts getting like stalkery or something. Just be cool at work and don't let a weirdo mess with your vibe, man. Keep doing your thing!

Woah dude, no way all 100 coworkers are doing that creepy smile glance stuff! That would be mega weird and you'd definitely have noticed by now if it was that many people.
My guess is it's probably just this one shy chick who's into you. I really doubt the whole store is conspiring secret smiles, that would be straight up The Office level cringe, haha.

I'd just try to casually watch her when you get a chance. See if you can catch her doing her sly smiles again. That'll confirm it's just her with a case of the crushies. Don't stress too much about it either way bro, you'll be aight!
