Should I brother going to work?

Job told me if I miss one more day I would be fired. I have been sick with a virus and didn’t wanna put my co workers at risk so went to the we did a check xr and was told not to go to work. I was giving medicine& a list of things to buy I now feel like a million bucks. I called my job left a voice mail no reply and Even left a email no reply. I still get emails telling all works to come into work but no one has gotten back to me if I should come into work it’s been 3 days.

Dude that really sucks that your boss hasn't gotten back to you yet. I know how much you need that job so I can understand why you'd be worried about getting fired. But at the same time, going into work when you could still be contagious wouldn't be fair to your coworkers either.

I think your best bet at this point is to go into the office in person to talk to your boss and clear things up. Make sure to bring your doctor's note as proof that you went to get checked out. Then politely but firmly explain that you left messages to check if it was okay to return yet, since you don't want to put others at risk of getting sick. But also let them know that based on what the doctor said and the meds you've been taking, you're starting to feel much better now and should be good to come back to work.

Emphasize that you really want to keep your job and would never just skip out without good reason. Hopefully seeing you in person and knowing you took the time to see a doctor will reassure your boss that you're being responsible. And they can't fire you for being out on a medical excuse backed by a doctor's note.

Just be confident when you talk to them, but also still polite and professional. I'm sure it will all work out as long as you clear the air in person. Try not to worry too much until after you've had the chance to explain the situation face-to-face. Let me know how it goes - I'm sure everything will be fine!
