Should I call the Lieutenant and tell him what's going on?

I'm on court ordered community service at goodwill. I have to do 40 hrs, and im pretty sure I'm almost there. I have until March to Finish my hours. So the Lieutenant who set me up for community service knows the manager at goodwill. He gave me a sheet to write down my time. He said that I could just have the manager copy my time from the time clock where I punch in and she'll send it to him. The manager also told me she can do that. Well she went on medical leave like right when I started. She said her husband needed surgery. That was almost 2 weeks ago. I was wondering where she is. I was told a couple of days ago that she broke her hip (she's an older women) and I'm afraid she won't come back to work until after march and then she won't be able to send my hours to the Lieutenant. I havnt been writing down my time, because I was counting on the manager to send him my time from the clock. A couple people said I should call the Lieutenant and tell him what's going on, but I'm afraid he'll get mad, and be like "well you should have been writing down your hrs just in case something like this happened", and he would be right to say that I think, and im afraid ill go to jail, because the judge was originally going to scentance me to 10 days in jail, but he suspended that and put me on community service and probation instead. Probably because this is my first offence. So yeah, this is really stressing me out, and im constantly having a panic attack.

Two months is how long she's been gone. Not two weeks.
