Absolutely not. There are way too many people that can influence the education of that child, starting with those in kindergarten and the mobbing one can be subjected in school.

Kids can be also very easily manipulated by society and may have a weak character that also impact on how they grow up. They could do drugs, be addicted to substances or even become criminal, depending on the environment they grow up.

Obtaining a degree does not mean that your kids will be successful. There are way too many life aspects that can also impact on their personalities and characters.

of course not, a lot of this is parenting skills and emotional control/understanding and that is not taught except maybe to teachers, psychologists.

It's hard to say now. We don't have much of a higher education system left. There is so much loopy communist garbage in universities now that I suspect it will eventually become a liability if a company knows you have a degree.
