I started my own business like 2 years ago, but I incorporated it like almost 2 months ago. It's in automation which does include AI, yet also covers stuff like robotics, IoT, wearables, etc. Still stuck in seed stage and pre-revenue for a bunch of reasons, although I should be able to take off soon once I hire the right people. Most of my previous C-suite partners abandoned me or I fired them, so that's why progress was significantly slowed down. I do have business plan, pitch deck, primary research, and early prototype, with only financial projections left to complete.

Honestly, I would Start a business of Remote Private Colonies!..

A Small Colony, Basically a Township, with its own hospital, school, residential area Etc.

Not democratic, and very Strict security, basically Military level security!

With World war 3 Brewing around the corner in next 5 Years this Kind of place is what people will throw money to be safe in..

People will Trade in their freedom for Safety and security!..

I will not take Freedom, but certain Aspects of it, make it more like Chinese authority! Not everyone gets to Speak, and no freedom of Religion..

Honestly, I would want to start something like a IT service business or an affiliate business. I actually have the certificates for the IT side and I’m actually getting digital marketing certificates as well so hopefully soon I will get it started right now. I’m just in the planning and getting the basic skill stage.

Well, I've already made custom-engraved plastic signs (by hand), rendered a substantial amount of hand-drawn artwork, photographed weddings (with a film camera), designed a logo for a railroad system, and currently have my Massage Therapy business. I still do Graphics (on a computer, of course) and do my photo-shoots with a chip-based camera, so, I really don't need to start another.

Going to be retiring soon and wife & I were thinking of, perhaps, opening a real coffee house based on our three favorite coffee houses and Starf*cks isn't one of them. if I was about 30 years younger I would become a serious property investor

Acquire maybe 10 properties then pay down about 50% of the debt quickly
Then maybe acquire another one or two

Then pay down another 30%

Then I could retire on the rental income while maintaining the rentals etc

A business that specializes and customer service. Not in who’s right or wrong but in what works. Now that can amount to kissing asses as we’d say in the west, but more so realistically genuine kindness and outreach with compassion should be tolerated.

I’d iron out the rules of engagements. I’ll have to protect my workers. As the state or city may give out less than ideal wages. The least I could do is make the job fulfilling
