Should I report this rude and unprofessional ER nurse’s behavior?

My mother had to go to the emergency room last night. When I arrived and got to her room there was a nurse that was basically yelling and giving everyone an attitude. Even one of the doctors commented on it because she yelled at him too. She also had an attitude with my father and I. I just feel it was very unprofessional. I probably should’ve recorded it but that was the last thing on my mind.

Working in ER can be very stressful as one might imagine. Of course this yelling is not professional behavior, but chances are another employee reported her. Or, a supervisor on duty might have even seen it. I'm not sure I'd bother reporting it.

Yes you should report it. Maybe something will be done and she will stop yelling at people. It's bad enough going to ER without nurses giving you attitude.

Emergency is a stressful environment, she is dealing with 100s , so many drug affected , it's her defence..

Grab your balls , and if you got though just let it go..

If you want to address her " grow a pair " and do it directly , don't be such a pussy.
