Should I report this behavior to HR?

At where I work, this 20-something Hispanic woman is a manager/supervisor who is constantly teasing and flirting with coworkers. The problem is she is doing it in my presence, while not even teasing or flirting with me.

It makes me uncomfortable when coworkers flirt at work. But it ESPECIALLY pisses me off when it's a manager/supervisor. I don't care if she's only doing it with other people in her position, it's still unprofessional. And it's even worse that my retail job is remotely OK with it, at least in my opinion; she is literally taking advantage of this policy.

I'm literally the only guy under 40 that hasn't gotten any girls approaching me at work, and even if they do, they're not so flirty or teasy. I'm very conversative but for some reason these girls don't see me as such.

I work in a predominantly Hispanic/white environment, and I am Middle Eastern/Caucasian.

OMG WTH YES
No, nacho problem
