Not the school part. I raced through in 3 years to get it over with. Then I did the unimaginable and went back to grad school years and years later and I raced through that in 3 years too to get it over with. But it's a fun transition from high school to being an adult, and being on your own for the first time and meeting all the new people from other places. I don't miss the homework and tests at all lol

I miss the dating aspect for sure. There were definitely more chances to date girls than my current life has. Now my options is like a deserted wasteland. Other than that, not really. School is school. Indoctrinating you to choose a path to work for the system for the rest of your life.

Yes and no.
College now is likely vastly different than when I was attending in the 1980s.
I remember when I was tutoring in 1994-1995 and it was already considerably different than when I was attending 10 years earlier.
I miss teaching in college too. I am not sure I would like either college experience now - being a student or being an instructor.

I miss the time that I went away too college and lived on campus. I was in Air force ROTC and played Rugby. I had a lot of friends and a nice girl friend. Then I had to go to a commuter college in a work/study program. It was hard and I hated living with my mother.
