Greetings and salutations! Welcome to the first month meeting of GaG's Bookclub! Thank you all for joining and making this thing happen! I'd like to introduce you to our choice for September...

Gone Girl tells the story of Nick and Amy Dunne's difficult marriage, which is floundering for several reasons. The first half of the book is told in first person, alternately, by both Nick and Amy; Nick's perspective is from the present, and Amy's from the past by way of journal entries.

I'm getting this from the library next week (placed a request, is it popular? there were holds for the reg version, so I had to request large print)! sorry I forgot to recommend more books, but if you want 2 titles, then how about 'The 5th Wave' (upcoming movie with chole grace moretz) or Stephen King's 'The Long Walk'?
