Eh, the Katy Perry song in particular rings quite false as it's more of a reflection of girls at the club who will make out just so everyone will look at them rather than actual LGBT pride. I'm old so I would say that The Smiths "This Charming Man" is far more meaningful than anything above -- probably because of when it was released.
