  • Thanks for this series! May I respectfully suggest:

    Smetana, Die Moldau

    Gershwin, Rhapsody in Blue

Wagner, Ride of the Valkyries and Magic Fire Music

    Mussorgsky, Pictures at an Exhibition

    Satie, Gymnopédies

Bizet, L'amour est un Oiseau Rebelle (i. e. the Habanera from Carmen)

    Copland, Rodeo

And because I'm both a goth and an organist, :-), Messiaen, Le Banquet Celeste

    • Your welcome and of course.

Oo those are all excellent pieces, I actually thought about adding some of them but I ultimately decided to stick with the kind of almost magical and crazy pieces.

I might add some of them for a part 3 though, thanks for the suggestions ^^.

  • Good stuff.

One of our baby girls likes to do some "conducting" when we have Suk's Summer Tale playing. (... or at least as much conducting as a 5-month-old can do)

  • Fantastic myTake, you have very nice taste in music :D

  • i love classical music
