This next one involves a special tv episode.

Tales from the darkside, the episode, Trick or Treat 1983

So basically there is only one rich man in town, think of this as the Halloween version of scrooge except he owns a store rather than a money shop. He loans out money to the town and like scrooge they have to pay him back. The only catch is that every Halloween night kids can come into his house and try to find the iou slips if they can, all their families debts are paid but if they run out scared then they lose their chance. The old man plays mean and dirty. and in true justice monsters come to life at the end including a hosting witch that takes him where scrooge would have went without the help of his ghosts friends. The darker side of scrooge.

Let me hunt down some finishing pictures to bring this home

The lesson here, if you spend all your time mocking a town torturing the town's folk and their children every Halloween for your pleasure, the monster you created inside yourself may attract other monsters you did not want or expect. Fair warning, again, he is brought to a place of judgement at the moment at the end.

Where the bad person of the story is given justice without redemption but I suppose what to take from this story is that, first it is not a real person, second, this is a lesson in what we should not do to others and those that do have at least a form of karma or life that naturally will effect your relationships with others for the worst. and if there is an afterlife of course like this episode suggests, we will face judgement for what we have done.

A little bit more of a racy favorite but to be fair i like it mostly for the first half and less towards the end of the episode

Another movie I have yet to see I have to say it sounds rather fascinating I did enjoy some of the tales from the crypt stories but I'm assuming this is a little more PG-13 rated
In your future Halloween my takes do you think you can add whether you would recommend it for little children 5-8 or 9 to 13 or strictly for adults?
usually during Halloween month we watch a Halloween movie per night and I would love some new ideas of course as long as they don't scare the kids too much

Believe me I have no information about Halloween because I am a Muslim. 🙂 Also we also have a candy (ramadan) fest. Candy and cologne are offered to guests during the feast.

I just like the playful fun of it, I don't plan to support evil per say as some might say. I only do this for the smiles and fun. One of my favorite things I did with my dad while he was still alive was to make jokes about the characters during the movie "oh no, he should have done that, he done pissed off the spirits" playful yet at the right moment makes milk or pop come right out of your nose.

It's moments like those that I treasure and enjoy.

To me, it is like riding a roller coaster or diving out of a plane. You get a spike of adrenaline, your fight or flight response. That gives you a burst of energy. That enjoy makes you naturally laugh. Why do you think people laugh sometimes in a haunted house? They get a surge of a adrenaline that give them a natural high
