For me I'll chose Inna :P She's from Romania but she has quite a Latin sound? I don't know you can disqualify her if you want ^^ I like a bunch of her songs though :)
Her music is upbeat but not stressful it really givs you the bech feeling and is kinda relaxing so I like that about it. It's a nice sound ^^
