1. They don't promote the good shows they have (or any of them) and cancel them far too early; usually after the second season.

2. The second seasons of the few good shows they have usually take a massive dive in quality and budget, since Netflix already views them as no longer being profitable after season one.
3. They greenlight and make too many awful woke garbage shows no one would watch and put quantity over quality.
4. They relied too much on other companies IP's and didn't spend enough time building up their own IP's aside from a few fluke successes, like Bojack Horseman, Stranger Things, and Arcane.
5. They pissed off major fanbases by making awful, woke, dogsh*t adaptations of things, mainly the anime and gaming fanbases. (Cowboy Bebop, Death Note, Resident Evil, etc.)
6. They did not prepare for the competition and now Disney+, HBO Max, and Amazon Prime are destroying them. This isn't even taking into account the trash streaming platforms, like Peacock, Paramount+, and Hulu. With more on the way.
7. They lied to investors and cooked the books, which is why they're now getting sued.
8. Like a liberal woman, they fail to take any responsibility for the choices they've made and instead always make excuses and blame others, like "Password sharing."
9. Their prices are too high and their catalogue is shrinking more and more, as the big corporations are taking their stuff back to make their own streaming platforms.
10. The REAL reason Netflix is dying and customers are going away: Horrible management, horrible budgeting, and horrible marketing. Or in other words, sheer incompetence.
This isn't even getting into their controversies, like promoting Cuties and the trans-activist BS over Dave Chappelle making jokes. Lots of people left over that, as well.

Mat Pat with The Film Theory youtube channel made a video about this and had some interesting points.
Netflix produces too many shows, which costs a lot of money and a single show will disappear within the flood of new content so unless its a viral hit like Squid Game its really easy to miss.
Also the shows are released in full seasons and not one episode per week. Binge watching isn't as statisfying as having this weeklong anticipation for the next episode. Also shows are more memorable when you watch it episode by episode.
And off course there is now disney as a big competitor and russia is censoring netflix so lots of russian customers are lost.
I’m not a movie expert but I think with CoVid making movies is harder, and more costly and other streaming services are cutting into their profits which reduces their movie budget even more - as well as the politically correct censuring that reduces quality content. Like I tried to find food documentaries on healthy eating and they are very few because pharmaceutical companies want to keep people sick because it’s more economical for them so they hire companies to withhold information about health and weight loss.
Outside of netflix, i noticed too on a lot of cable shows that the black or hispanic person is almost always gay now too. Maybe because its less excepted in the Black and Hispanic community. I don't know but i dont care to have it shoved down my throat

There's more options and people has at best time to see what they want from one source at a time so people learn that rotating is the best choice. That what happens if you don't just do a great service with all content and give out the earnings based on views.
THEY KEEP CANCELLING ALL THE GOOD SHOWS MID CLIFFHANGER 😐. And they're apparently adding ads.. it's over for them lmao. Bridgerton is a Netflix original that's still going that I like but.. I rarely use Netflix anymore outside of yearly season releases.
Inflation is happening all across the board, not just Netflix. It’s annoying but that’s just where our economy is at. Also, I believe this platform along with others are just trying to stick with the times and adhere to their audiences or main consumers. About 75% are 18-34, 44% are aged 40+. If that 75% is “woke” I don’t see a problem, I mean the word itself is alert to racial injustice and discrimination.
There aren't many people that want to watch tranny super heroes, slavery porn, feminists starting a coffee shop, gay men camping, or sexualized children.
The content sucks. I am a fan of Harlen Coban's novels and say that there were a few movies made out of them. They were terrible. Also too much anti Trump crap. I wouldn't give ten cents for a Netflix membership.
Because competition is outgrowing them. When Netflix started, they pretty much had a monopoly. That's over now.
It has nothing to do with all that "woke" stuff you clowns keep whining about.I canceled my Netflix this month along with Hulu, I'm not finding anything good on there so that's it.
Probable because people are getting sick of everything having some BIPOC/LGBTQ+/AAPI/body positivity/social justice/GirlPower! angle to the story.
Just use tubi. I have found some decent shows/movies and it's free.
The addition of other subscription services. They had a good run like Blockbuster did in rentals.
Netflix and even Amazon prime. It's not worth it to pay for those
