How can I overcome "writer's block" while writing my comic book stories?

I want to expand each chapter to be big enough to fill an entire comic book. Sometimes I am too "direct" in my writing style and forget to fill in the details the way Tolkien or Robert Jordan or Mark Twain were masters of doing. HOw can I fix this problem?

In my chapter "Elementalist Superior" I don't seem to be having this problem, but in most of my other chapters I am having this problem. tjhe chapters are not long enough and detailed enough.

Being In a good mood for one. Don't get stuck on one thing. Be rediculously random and maybe find a logical path for the comic somewhere from that?
