Neither since I can't say for sure what happened
he's a black man and balck men are protected from rape charge because of white girl racism in the old days accusing black men of rape falsely and nowadays white girls can be karens and get scared or edgy uptight and call the police for no good reason and black girls are historically not believed for rape because the black community coddles and protects the black man from rape charge and there both balck so this is an edgy case
cuz i feel for black men getting false rape charge and for black owmen not being believed taken serious or respected
