Who's your favorite MCU villain? Mine is Zemo?

I don't think MCU has good villains but one that I do like Helmut Zemo. Even though he is a villain he is very principled and approaches his goals in a very surgical and precise manner. Everything he does is not just evil for the sake of evil but based on very logical beliefs.

Villains that I didn't like in the MCU are Ultron and Thanos. Especially Ultron talk about complete lack of exposition! He's basically just evil for the sake of evil! He thinks that to save humanity he has to destroy it? Why? You don't get a why! Also his constantly-bored voice and ugly face he just sucks!

Thanos is a little better but still boring in my book. He believes he needs to kill half of all life to help it to thrive. Who gave him the permission to do this? Was there a democratic vote? Did he consult ANYONE other than himself about this? No he just wants to do it because he's that self-conceited! Boring villain.

I like thanos... He's my favorite... he believed in his solution and thought the others don't have the will or courage to act on the matter so he did it.. He also wanted to collect the infinity stones and snap them out of existence ( he called it mercy ) instead of slaughtering half of every planet he stumbled on like he used to... He even saw his death in the future and didn't mind completing his mission and called his death destiny fulfilled... Thanos was no generic villain.. Instead he made all the avengers look like generic superheros...

Well at least with Zemo his goals affect only a few people. Thanos wants the change the entire universe. With that big of a change you should at least talk to a few people and get a consensus. He doesn’t consult with anyone! That’s the main thing I don’t get with him.
