Now, let’s dive in! Which decade was better when it comes to music throughout all genres! From grunge rock to alternative , metal to indie, hip hop to rap, etc etc.
Be honest and elaborate your opinion!!
hmm... I'll go with the 90's
the more modern we got, the less interested we were in producing and consuming music as it should be
and the 90's had a lot, much more going all over the place, and the world
mid 2000's I think that's when things started to shift onto a more digital and therefore disposable entertainment and art as well
I would have to say 90s. Sure the 2000s had some good music, but man, the 90s. Soundgarden, Alice in Chains, Nirvana, Stone Temple Pilots, Temple of the Dog, Pearl Jam, Rage Against the Machine, Days of the New, etc.
There is a reason why my local rock stations does a "Nothing but 90s from 9AM to 9PM" on Saturdays.
Oooh I’m inclined to agree with you
Lol, apparently one person was not cool with what I said
I'm not choosing because they both give me exactly what I need. 90s RnB is unmatched. So much classic music. 00s gave me all the dance and down south music I needed. Again, so many classics. Nightclubs don't owe me shittt 😂. Overall music was sooo dope back then. I still play a whole lot if music from both eras. Timeless.
90s r&b was something else
Definitely
Thanks for MHG
I choose Early 2000s for a good mix of pop/rock/rap... 90s for good hiphop and electronic dance music.
I agree with that too especially 90s hip hop

90s definitely I love 90s grunge alternative country hip hop. It was a different time. I feel like the musician actually performed
I have to agree wit you on this, 90s grunge , alternative and hip hop was on another level to me. I’m constantly listening to music from the 90s and still discovering gems
I know right, same here. Music is my Savior, music gets me through the hardest times
I’m right there with you sis
90S. Definitely. I can't even remember any good songs from the 2000s that wasn't Destiny's Child or 50 Cent.
I'll go back a bit further, 50s and 60s.
Things were changing in the 60s and the music reflected that.
That's a hard one. I like both decades. I remember going to the clubs with Usher's Yeah playing and danced with a lotta girls to that one.
I do like 90s R&B and hip hop.
I go with 2000s still.
`90's! At least lots of music still WAS music back then!
The '80s but since that's not an choice above, I'll settle for the '90s.
90's, but early '00's was good too.
I like both, but I voted for the 90's.
90s for it's diverse vibes
I prefer 80s but 90s is better than 2000s
