Girls and Guys! I wonder in a video game that allows you to create or customize a character what is your usual idea look for your character?

You know how these days most video games are implementing a character creation system, we all have a perfect idea for the type of character we want to create in our favorite video games. So my question to you gentlemen and ladies out there whenever you playing a video game that allows you to customize your own character which type of character you usually create?

For myself I either prefer to self-insert myself and try to actually make an exact or almost exact version of myself. I also would try to create a kickass version of myself if I imagining being a fantasy warrior version of myself.

Another sort of characters I enjoy making are sexualized female and male characters what can I say, I love making characters where I can make them wear skimpy outfits or give them sexy bodies.

I also some create recreation of characters from different games, books, or movies that I really enjoy. Or I create a badass male character but usually my first character in any game is creating a black man because I am a black man and I love to play as one. But that is how I imagined my custom characters in my video games but how about you ladies and gentlemen out there if you are playing a video game that allows you to make your own character what is your most idea looks for your playable characters?

I try to base it somewhat off of how I look in real life and I've only ever really done it in some old PS2 wrestling games (mostly SVR 06 on PS2), so I tend to dress them up like a wrestler with brighter colours and all.

My real life look consists of shaped eyebrows, long black hair with a crappy hairline, stubble, relatively clear skin and a short, slim muscular physique.

Since I mostly created my characters in wrestling games, I tend to have a bit more fun with how they dress, because wrestling attire isn't exactly what people casually wear in public and sometimes just create a better version of how they look, like with something as simple as a better hairline, sometimes some fun hair colour, brighter clothes and maybe some body paint/tattoos on the arms or the attire, so it looks like the design.

Ultimately, I do kind of you do and just create a better version of myself whilst still keeping some real life physical or mental traits if possible.

Oh yeah, I have made female characters before and I just do a bunch of features that I think will work well in combination together or just make her look East Asian, as I'm generally attracted to those kinds of women or just straight up inspire it from a specific girl I've seen.

The games I used were quite old though, so they aren't as advanced looking as the images you posted, at least not in terms of the graphics.

No, lol, I just workout, but I watched it a lot as a kid and loved playing some of the games as a kid.

First instinct is always a replica of self. As close as the options available, and my limited appreciation and patience, allows.

If somehow after the adventures of my self-inserted character I still want to go at it again it tends to be more about impersonating some idea of what I want the character to be like. Lore, stereotype, so on. But version 1 is pretty much always just me. I'm my own hero!

I'll usually just throw something together more or less at random; a character whose face I'm rarely seeing doesn't much matter in terms of looks. One that I DO, however...

There was a bug in the Sims 2 where you could adjust a slider, then click on a different tab, then go back to the first tab, and you'd find the slider had returned to the center, but the physical changes stuck. So you could exaggerate a feature to ludicrous proportions- I once made a guy with eyes so big they merged together and formed a single eyeball, larger than his head, and married him to a woman with ears that put Dumbo to shame.

A young buff dude with long white hair, beard, scars, pale skin, (pointy ears if the game will let me) and the creepiest eyes I can find.

It's the same for my female characters, minus the buff part.

Sometimes I'll just make my character look as goofy as possible.

Typically I like making my characters look young. Something that looks emo really 😂 either white or black hair, and stuff to fit the style

I don’t waste time on how the character looks. Its inconsequential to the gameplay. I’ve found the people who do invest a lot in their character appearance usually look like an Orc in real life.
