Would creating my own story with characters of only one race/ethnicity be a problem? Would they try to boycott or attack me?

Many people say that skin color doesn't matter, what matters is the story is good, but apparently that's not true. They're calling anything a "woke" these days, especially if they aren't the main or majority characters.

It depends, it depends a lot. Many will say that skin color is not relevant, but we know that is not 100% true. There are thousands of stories with Asian or white characters in which the main character dies and ends up in another universe and there everyone is Asian or looks a lot like white, in none are questioned, as they say that race is irrelevant to the story. But here's the question, would they stop questioning if all the characters were black? I sincerely doubt it. Most likely they would say that it makes no sense to have a dimension or universe with only black characters or that there would have to be an explanation for it. The funny thing is that Asians and whites already make this type of story and are not questioned, the characters are white or Asian because the author wants it, but if they are all black there has to be an explanation and reason for it. Isn't it a funny thing? So it depends on what race you are trying to work with. If they are black, indigenous characters, etc., be sure they will disturb you.

Let me let you on a little secret, they only use the skin color does not matter when they raceswap previously white characters, like The little mermaid. Notice how some of the people who claimed that her race does not matter cared a whole lot about CGI lions partly based on Hamlet and Kimba the white lion, had to be voiced by black people. No they are not calling anything woke. The people who calls things woke are the good guys, and they do also not call "anything" woke.

No I do not have any issues with black people dubbing. I don't care who dubs what as long as it sounds good. But I have seen people, bitching about how bad it would be if lions in the Lion king were not voiced by black people, and then turn around and act like "who cares?" About the Mermaid being raceswapped. These hypocritical losers are the woke crowd, and the type of people who would attack and boycott you, not people who don't like them.

I mean who is talking shit about series, movies, animations with black characters are the rightists. My universe is not about Africa, but it has a lot of African mythology. It is about a boy who died and rose again in a universe with monsters, magic, etc. All human beings are black people. But at the end of it all, they're going to complain anyway. They would probably cry and upset me anyway.

Which would be strange, since there is no lack of series, animated films with only white or Asian characters. Several Asian and white creators create works without black characters, and when black people complain they are called victimists, so if white people complain they are also victimists. It would be strange to tell black people to stop asking for representation and create their own characters and universes and then complain when they create their own characters and universes. But I don't doubt anything, because everyone knows that they will complain anyway and that the only way to include white characters is as a hero, because they would cry if they were a villain.
