That reminded me of the tv series "Supernatural", where people used to make deals with crossroad demons, selling their souls for success in something, but it was for 10 years, not just one.

I selected no, even tho my life is not being good at all and I am not happy, but as someone else said, it will be a bad thing to do to the people who love you.

Using this one-year wish, I'd bring back the love of my life, spend every day living with her, win a billion dollars in the Lottery Powerball, work on various TV shows and movies I've always wanted to make real, and cherish every single day I had. I'd be fine dying at 37 to live out my dream life for just 12 months.

I got all the money, fame, beauty, and power I need. I have people who love and care about me, and I am truly blessed. When you realize how great you have it. All that other nonsense doesn't matter. I'd rather live another 30 years. With my wonderful life than any other amount of what someone erro eously deems as better.
