Somehow most of you all here misunderstood the point of this article, I never said you can't imagine colors, i said you can't imagine colors that doesn't exist. For example if you lived in a white room without ever seeing one color, you won't be able to imagine any of the colors you know today.

What are you talking about? Of course we can imagine them- we just wouldn't be able to, you know, see them. They're not impossible to imagine at all; the brain isn't subject to the limits of the eye.

It IS, however, subject to the limits of reality. Real quick, grab yourself a box of crayons and a sheet of paper. Take the red, blue, and green crayons, and see how long it takes you make yellow. Green's a secondary color, man.

When green and red colours are mixed, the color produced is yellow. Yellow is a secondary color which is obtained by mixing two primary colours (red and green).

Green and red mixing makes BROWN, not yellow. Yellow, mixed with blue, makes green. Yellow is PRIMARY. Consult a local child for more information.

It's not that we can't see unseen colors outside of the light spectrum; it's just that they don't exist. Infrared and ultraviolet are invisible to our naked eye, but they're not "new colors" or anything. I like Red the most.

A color blind person who cannot distinguish between green and gray cannot imagine what it is.

I must be weird, I can close my eyes and name off colors and still see them momentarily.
