Yea, it's not consistent, but it's because: (1) gays are exempt from most laws, and (2) minor guys are not treated the same as minor girls.

IF there was a guy talking to/ pursuing underage girls he'd be arrested, because despite the feminist bs we all view females as vulnerable and worthy of protection, while guys are just expendable.

Gays and other LGBTQ "folx" are exempt from most laws because enforcing these laws- stopping them from pursuing degenerate sex, acting lude, or harassing people- has been defined as discrimination against them. If gays have a right to their degenerate sex, then any restriction on this is toeing the line of limiting their rights entirely.
