The 2010’s for me… it started slow, but by the end of the decade, so much had happened.
There was a notable resurgence of an 80’s sound in pop music, the EDM and electro-pop boom, modern rock music peaked, some exciting new rappers emerged, and then there was so much post-genre and experimental stuff coming out by the late 2010’s.
The streaming age has brought on its pros and cons, but there’s no shortage of great stuff and the barrier of entry to just about any artist now is incredibly low. It’s incredibly easy to find new, enjoyable music now. You’re not taking a chance at buying albums you may not like really, anymore.
If you’re curious, simply try it out.

The 90s. It has the best variety of genres. Rap hadn’t become totally ghetto and grunge was depressing but still somewhat nonsuicidal. The new kids were finally gone and it had the rise of the of the spice girls. It was a magical time that with great one hit wonder. There was No Rain we had No Diggity because it’s Where it’s At then One Sweet Day we were under the bridge and it smelled like teen spirit it made us believe that groove was in the heart and that this semicharmed kind of life wand Unbelievable. They thought we were losing our religion, but it was nuthin but a g thing, you outa know that what’s up with the bittersweet symphony of the 90s was ironic in that the love fools were brought closer to all the small things.

Definitely the 2000's. I miss those times!
However, I must admit that the 80's gave us unforgettable and timeless songs.
I don't know exactly but it's when maroon 5 and Rihanna were relevant.. Good times lol... Maybe late 2000s to 2016... Music nowadays is mostly for Gen Z or maybe that's just how I feel... But I don't like it.. Most of my Playlists are relatively old...

1990s! And until today, their vibes still sounds fresh. It also has that oldschool vibes from the 60s, 70s and 80s but sounds more new because of the twists they put in it. The 90s just sound rebellious and energetic and when i mean rebellious, the 90s fuse genres a lot.
I liked 1990s music when I was younger but as a child, I did not watch mature tv shows so I did not know any 1990s music other than stuff you would allow a kid to watch
Late 60s, 70s and 80s!! 80s was when they finally figured out how to get bass in the recordings, records!!
Cannot give just one - my favourite decades are the 70's & 80's, the decades that I was in Secondary School, my Apprenticeship, and first years of my career.
If I had to choose right now, and ignore classical, then probably the 1970's. So many of my favorite artists were at their peak then.
The 70s, influential music, great musicianship and songwriting. All of which is lacking in modern day music.
Number 1: the late `60's psychedelic era.
A very close second: The new wave era.1965-1975 Springsteens Born to Run was the last good album to be made.
Good question. I love me some 80s and late 70s new wave. I’m also a fan of 70s punk as well
