Stranger will leave a big mess and lots of blood to clean up, plus holes in the wall to fix when I'm done.
Roaches though are really nasty and many times even exterminators can't get rid of them, they keep coming back BUT the main reason for roaches is usually people being very dirty.
I wouldn't find roaches cause I'm very clean a organized clean freak.
That means I would end up cleaning up a bloody mess.
Stranger is a more simple problem to deal with. Roaches live everywhere and are hard to get rid of, also more gross.
I say the stranger. I would kick him out and problem solved. 1000 cockroaches jusr means there is another million that you haven't seen yet.
Both are easy to take care of - torch it, and collect the insurance.🤔😜

Roaches…I think the stranger would freak me out more
A stranger because if you find 1000 roaches there's a million you didn't find.
It would be interesting to find a very attractive scantily clad woman living in my attic, but all I ever find are roaches... and rat turds.
