Fck sharing a door, it should've went like this... “Aight little hoe, slide on off the do (door). Its my turn. Better let me know when my 30 seconds is up otherwise I’m just gonna assume you sank on under while waiting. Fck I look like dying for somebody that I just met a couple days ago? I mean I like you and all, but lets be real, we hooked up ONCE! You had a whole ass man, and well, it ain't my fault that MF left you behind. I’m all for getting us outta here alive but in this very moment, I’m going to need you to move it or lose it.” #FeelFreeToList
The both of them probably could've held each other and use each other's body temperatures to keep warm. Of course, that would require removing their clothes because the clothing prevents the heat.
Still though, I would rather be holding someone naked to survive than freeze out in the ocean. What really sucks is that ship made two stops first, one to Cherbourg, and Queenstown, Ireland. The ship was on its last destination before it went down, so it almost made it.
Hypothermia does suck though. I would've stripped naked and told the girl, "Alright, strip! We're gonna hold each other, and no funny stuff. ::Whispers:: Not until we're out of this mess and have some privacy. The rich snobs will see us and make rude comments like "Well, I never!".
Either that, or went to one of those lifeboats before it went down and tossed one of those upper-class cuntresses right on their keaster. And I know they wouldn't fight back because rich people are too lazy to fight. They would rather settle disputes with lawyers and making rude comments.
The Titanic was the first cruise ship to have a swimming pool. I would have even gone as far to go look for a life saver raft or something. They were invented in the 1880s, so there may have been some in the pool room, maybe, lol.
Yeah, the movie had a good thing going until that crazy ass part with the door. I do not like reading a book or watching a movie where you spend the whole time watching the man character fight for survival, only to bite the big one near the end. What a disappointment!

The whole point of a Romantic movie is that a man is a sucker and a clever woman gets what she wants from him. Rose was the ultimate pirate when she got that sucker to give his life for her. Although, a little before that in the movie it looked like she was willing to sacrifice herself for him when she left the lifeboat to look for him. But in the end, she put on that pirate patch and let him stay in the water. Not that I feel sorry for him. He made his choice to make life all about this woman he just met, who for all he knew cheats on her husband with a different guy every weekend. What a sucker.
😆😆yup it would have been great... but at the time of this movie women were submissive too... they were more feminine not being like bad bitches... so if we recreate the scene... even if Jack help rose... Rose be Like... I can Buy Myself Flowersssss... Write my name in the Saaaanddd🤣🤣... so shell never accept his help either... Back then men were more Chivalrous & if we don't see jack & rose there were more women who were saved too...🙃Just to give the dramatic ending they did that a couple a loving couple lost eachother too...& Talking about time... time holds no importance it's all about how someone makes you feel... jack wanted to live... rose wanted to die... he died... rose lived...🙃
P. S: Just Saying my thoughts...🙂
Lmao would have been a whole different movie if he had done that. I think guys today would have done just that but back in that day guys were more chivalrous and self sacrificing. But I always thought they could have shared that damn door. It always pissed me off that they didn't even really try.

I don't know how much it would have actually helped when you're drenched in freezing water lying on a door in freezing ass air is not gonna help you much fight off the cold. The water is gonna take even more of your body heat when it gets a good breeze. And he'd have to go back in the water later anyway which would have sucked even more if he wanted to give her a turn. I think it's better to keep one person at least a little dry. I think they would have both died if they took turns in the water. That's just my opinion ^^
SPOILER ALERT: the titanic sinks
That movie is so annoying. She had a chance to get in a lifeboat but instead decided to stay with her beloved - who then finds a way to get one of them to safety and she is OK with it being her. Then in end she throws away an incredibly valuable diamond, rather than donating its worth to some charitable cause.
That stupid scenario was for dramatic effect.
In reality, she would have been equally apt to die from the cold by lying on a door in the freezing air in wet clothes.
I would have fit us both on the damn door and hugged to use each others body heat for warmth.I wouldn't have even said that I would have grabbed a hold of her hand and I would have said let's go now she would have seen the intensity in my eyes hurt the intensity of my voice and she would have been coming with me one way or the other I would not have said too much of anything except except for relax come on come on come on come on LOL and we would have done whatever it took that she would have been coming with me
It might not have worked. It takes more than 30 seconds to get warm after being thrown in a cold pool. So both could have died from hypothermia.
One of my forebears did risk death to say good bye to his fiance face to face. I would have just sent her a nice letter from somewhere safe. I'm not the man he was.
Its not a real part of the story and a fiction. Written by a man. I highly doubt a woman would write such a cheesy script. Real life tells u another story where people would step over their own children to get a breath of air
Ugh. It wasn't a door. It was a broken off piece of an arch of the main staircase. And it was large enough, and buoyant enough for both of them. But if it really happened, they both would have died since Rose would have froze to death in her wet clothes as well.
I would have looked for something i could jump onto honestly... But Jack dying in the titanic was necessary for the views to feel the loss of losing someone on the titanic. Sadly so many people died that night and that was a good way of conveying loss to us, the viewers
No I think it would have spiced up this boring movie a bit. But what would have been even better is if Samuel Jackson was in the movie. Nobody says motherfucker the way he does. Imagine him ushering people into lifeboats. " Get in the boat muthafucka!"
Wrong. I will tell Rose, we are going to have to try to both fit to the best we can even if uncomfortable, or I would try to find another door flowing around quickly.
If both can't be done then poor Rose would just have to die because I'm not dying in the middle of the sea frozen to death.lol For reals most dudes probably would have pushed her off.
Back then it would have been. The men on the titanic let the children and women survive before them. It would have been socially shameful for a man to do otherwise. Now a days no one would flinch if Jack said that lol
he should have said b*tch move over, there was plenty of room.
No. They both could have lived, he did this to him, the door should have been his. And it's not like they knew each other for long. I can't wrap my head around wanting to give your life for someone you don't know.

The water was a little chilly Jack was fine when he defrosted.

I don't like Tate, but I agree with what he said here. He's crazy, but he's right about having pride.
There was enough room on that door for both of them, so why didn't she just slide over a bit? That's what I couldn't figure out.
I don’t think they would have had room for both but switching turns on it may have screwed them both, I think they tried it on Myth Busters to see if they both could have stayed on that door and floated but it might have worked
I always wondered by he didn't quickly look for another piece to get onto. There must have have been tons of wood planks or broken furniture floating there.
I've rewinded that scene many times and easily concluded that they could have bought fit on that door and shared it!
