My guess is the drama and yelling is for TV. Dude has lots of Michelin stars so I can only imagine he's good at what he does. Who knows what he is like in a professional setting or if he even cooks lol. Seems like he delegates and slaps his name on restaurants now. Never been to one because that fancy food isn't exactly my style. I'm a steak and potato girl. Keep it simple and that fufu crap off my plate.
