Abilities:

She can control every phase of water and shapeshift into water. Her control ranges from molecular to the scale of lakes and rivers. After absorbing her mother's Soul, Claire teaches her the other elements. She can cause fire rain, transform into a Lightning elemental and move at 99.9% of the speed of light, and she can dimensional travel. She can also produce Gravity Rods which absorbed her 4 evil clones to death.

Durability: 7 (Virtually Indestructible due to Metallic Water Armor)

Speed: 5 as human or water elemental or 6 (Light Speed) as LIghtning elemental

Primarily, she could rip the water molecules out of Superman's body, killing him by dehydration. At least in theory, since she has "virtually unlimited control over all forms of energy."
