I'll start with... Hey Arnold..
2.7K opinions shared on Entertainment & Arts topic. Well, I am old having become a legal adult in 1981, it is simply easier to answer the question in the negative.
Any cartoons made after, say, 1977, I probably did not watch. Anything earlier, I would have.
Keep in mind, this was before the dominance of anime. Back then, there was little anime from Japan broadcast. Only 3 I can think of:
Gigantor
Speed Racer
Kimba the White Lion
and I watched all three of these. In September 1973, the animated series "Star Trek" premiered and it was very good. Unfortunately, it was a "Saturday Morning Cartoon" but was really written more for adults and not really a little kids show, so it was cancelled after two season despite its popularity with adults. If the show had been launched in prime time, it would have been even more successful. However, back then, prime-time animation was practically nonexistent. I can only think of two short-lived shows: "Wait Till Your Father Gets Home" with Tom Bosley before "Happy Days" and "My World And Welcome To It" with William Windom.

Thanks for sharing! I was actually curious to see what cartoons everyone would say, based on our ages. "Wait Till Your Father Gets Home" seems interesting lol.
Thinking back, I remember playing around in my parents room and seeing "Star Trek" on the TV screen. And I specifically remember being grossed out by one of the character's forehead lol - +1 y
You might be thinking of Worf and watching "Star Trek: The Next Generation".
Beginning with 1979's "Star Trek: The Motion Picture" (informally, "Star Trek I"), Klingons were given better make-up so they'd look less human. One aspect of it was a ridges on their skulls... Like Worf has.
Worf:![Name a cartoon that you used to watch as a kid?]()
The introduction of the new-makeup Klingons at the beginning of "Star Trek: TMP".

Here's an example episode of "Wait Till Your Father Gets Home". It was sort of an animated "All In The Family" except the father, Harry, wasn't an ignorant bigot like Archie.

Now, you really need to listen to the dialog in this episode. It should send a chill down your spine because the conservative character (about the 12:55 timestamp) is just like a MAGA nutjob today.

A couple of minor references in this episode. It begins with animated fireworks and a US flag - themed heart. This was a parody of the popular ABC show "Love, American Style."
Later, when the conservative mentions "fluoridated water", that's a reference to this scene from "Dr. Strangelove". Mid-century, the addition of fluoride to drinking water was a big issue.
Listen to nutjob General Jack D. Ripper... (who, perhaps not by coincidence, looks a bit like that conservative in the cartoon).

Just remember to replace "your precious bodily fluids".

Oh, Jesus, the number of 1960s and early 1970s (which was really an extension of the 1960s) references in this make it hilarious for somebody who knows these things...
For instance, the daughter Alice and her boyfriend Bob going away for a skiing weekend with another couple, Ted and Carol.
Shortly before this episode was a controversial movie "Bob & Carol & Ted & Alice". The father Harry had that movie in mind when he said Alice couldn't go.
