So it’s no secret that the MCU has been less than stellar since switching from the Infinity Saga to the Multiverse Saga. But if you go back and watch it from the start, the signs were kind of already there. Firstly, the infamous Inhumans. Which has been regarded as the worst live action superhero TV show of all time. Then we have Iron Fist. Which is often regarded as the only bad Marvel Netflix show. Then you have the 2008 Incredible Hulk movie, which is often regarded as the forgotten MCU movie. Then there’s most of Phase 2. Iron Man 3 fake Mandarin, Thor: The Dark World, Avengers: Age of Ultron. Phase 3 would be smash hit after smash hit. Except for Captain Marvel, which fans treat like the Star Wars: The Last Jedi of the MCU. Then in 2019 with the release of Disney+ we’d start seeing our heroes on the small screen as well as the big screen. However while we’ve had hits on the big screen since Endgame like Shang Chi, Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, Spider-Man: No Way Home and Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol. 3. Some have been less momentous like Eternals, Love and Thunder and The Marvels. But as we’ve already established, those were already there. Then we reach Disney+. And pretty much every show on the streaming service has divided fans except for Loki and (maybe) Moon Knight. So if Marvel had stayed on the big screen would it still be at Endgame levels

No that’s just your personal view of it.

I really liked Loki, Hawkeye, Moon Knight, Echo, Hulk Attorney at Law, Wanda Vision…
You mention love and thunder, but it made more than the other Thor movies. That’s how your personal bias comes into it.
Yeah but if you read the post, I was saying the signs were already there
I read your post. If the signs were there why did later movies gross more, get watched by more than earlier movies, end game and the ones close to it (as in two or three earlier) are peaks, it’s fairly level but later ones more popular and gross pretty much more.
The TV shows are good, there is a big wait for the next stage of evolution.
It’s your personal preference, I don’t agree with it.
Because the MCU was in its infancy when those movies came out. It wasn’t until phase 3 came along that it became a behemoth of a franchise
You said Some have been less momentous like…. Love and Thunder, but it made a few pennies. As I said it’s your personal preference, the box office returns tend to show a level of popularity. A lot of people do not think the same. Wakanda forever made $450k you don’t do that if you are losing popularity. As I said it’s your view and I don’t share it,
Okay clearly you need glasses, Ray Charles
Yeah I failed to see those $$$$ signs, it’s basic common sense. Also who the fuck is Ray Charles
You failed to see that the MCU barely existed until Phase 3
But that’s not your question, compare Wakanda forever and Love and thunder against Phase three movies, all of them. Also it’s an opinion, I just happen to be using box office returns to bolster my opinion. You don’t like an opinion and you get abusive, says a lot about you as a person tbh.
🤦♀️
Its just oversaturation, too many superhero movies and shows, in a really short time. None stand out.
Yeah but you can have a lot of movies come out in a short time frame and they’ll still be good
