AND if so, which part (s) of lyrics exactly?
For me: "Can you take me higher?
To a place where blind men see
Can you take me higher?
To a place with golden streets"

The second chorus of "Ode to Joy", naturally. The lyrics are the same as the first, but that FLOOD of rising voices (a hundred singers, considered a totally insane idea at the time) after the tense, anxious, quiet buildup... I've said it before and I'll say it again, the only excuse for not leaping to your feet and headbanging as you sing along in gibberish German is knowing the words, so you leap to your feet and headbang as you sing along in actual German.
Context helps. Beethoven, as you probably know, was by this point deaf as a tire iron; pretty much the worst thing that could happen to your career as a musician. But he wasn't just any musician; he was Beethoven- he thought of himself as a brilliant musical genius, and he was absolutely correct. And then he went deaf. So did he sink into maudlin misery, indulging in overwrought whining about his miserable fate? Hell no! He'd already HAD his miserably maudlin moments, full of (presumably; certainly in music) overwrought whining, and so he instead got up and wrote an anthem defying his fate, not with spite, but with JOY. The words aren't his, they're Schiller's, but the music suits them so perfectly, it's hard to tell.
It's usually the instrumentals that have that effect on me rather than the lyrics, but for a lyrical one, maybe this one:
https://www.youtube.com/embed/_DzehbfdPdo>> And the two of us,
>> You and me,
>> Turning on the stairs
>> Like dancers
>> Falling,
>> Coming down heavy on you.
>> But, When we wane,
>> In sunlight louder than us,
>> It’s just enough to know
>> You’re all I need to know.
It's a lost souls type of a love song set in an urban setting that appeals to me.
The song was suggested to me by @AmandaYVR. She seemed to nail my tastes with that suggestion as it's one of my favorite songs now.
Also maybe this one. I love how it sounds like a drunk viking shouting from a mountain:
https://youtu.be/vIN4gS-FbL8
>> GOD OF THUNDAARRR, WHO CRACKED THE SKY!
>> SWING YOURRRRR HAMMER, WAY UP HIGH!
>> In-CHARIOTS OF GOLD!
>> RIDE ACROSS THE CLOUDS!
>> THE BLACK STORM, IS UNFOLD, BURNING MIST IS BUT-A-SHROUD!
Loads depending on my mood. But song Never Surrender by Skillet is a great one that speaks to me when I'm feeling sorrow but looking for strength.
Lyrics
Do you know what it's like when you're scared to see yourself?
Do you know what it's like when you wish you were someone else?
Who didn't need your help to get by?
Do you know what it's like to wanna surrender?
I don't wanna feel like this tomorrow
I don't wanna live like this today
Make me feel better, I wanna feel better
Stay with me here now and never surrender

Oh man…. Unchained Melody might be the goosebumps GOAT. More just the vocal performance than the lyrics, but I guess right after that last run through the hook, maybe 2:45-ish is pretty powerful.
https://www.youtube.com/embed/IYj2hex99gYLenny Williams is just a straight up soul OVERLOAD. Even just the “Oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-OHHHHHH!!!”…. legendary
On a more negative-goosebump tip, at the end of Eminem’s “Stan”, I always get a chill at the end when he said “I just don’t want you to do some crazy shit/I seen this one shit on the news a couple weeks ago that made me sick/Some dude was drunk and drove his car over a bridge/And had his girlfriend in the trunk, and she was pregnant with his kid/And in the car they found a tape, but it didn’t say who it was to/Come to think about it…his name was…it was you. DAMN.”
https://www.youtube.com/embed/aqUpe6QeBTkAnd to end more positively, another one where I just get overwhelmed by the sheer power of someone’s voice, “Hallelujah” by Paramore. That last “Hallelujah” at around the 3-minute mark…. Hayley Williams, man….🤯
https://www.youtube.com/embed/_TYlOXVdVcQTeddy Swims-Something’s I’ll never know. The lyrics are “I can fool my senses for a little while but something’s are too hard to reconcile” such a good song. Bad for me by him is also one that hits me in the feels
Tried to link it but couldn’t, I don't know if you meant like emotional goosebumps or…
