I don't think that I would pick anyone to be with me on a deserted island because if I made the choice to go on a deserted island, it is to be all by myself and not having to share my solitude with anyone else.

Furthermore, picking one person to be on a deserted island would only lead to problems, the longer we remain on this island simply because one would end up going on each other's nerves.

Finally, if there would be a man with me, then we would have a huge problem because of what everyone thinks would happen. I am not the least interested in dong that. Finally, if the companion would be a woman, then disaster is programmed because 2 women alone seldom get along well for a longer period of time.

I can understand that you don't like to be with a woman because you're a woman yourself but why not with a man? Who said that sex will be a must, i mean it can happen if you both develop feelings for each other, the same thing as if you were in a city or anywhere else!
A good man won't try to rape you even if you were both on a deserted island but for sure would expect to help each other, for example if a man brough a fish, he won't eat it alone, he will feed you too, so it's nice if you cook it for both since he was the one who went fishing it 😁

When I talk about toxicity, I am referring to the very real possibility of being victim of sexual abuse. I am very well aware that a great number of men have a hard time keeping their levels of testosterone under control and if they are in company of a woman that wants absolutely no sexual relationship, the situation might get out of hand.

You're right about that miss SueShe but don't you think that over time in this scenario, if the man ain't forcing you for sexual acts, he is just taking care of you and you're taking care of him and spending all the time together, won't these things creates a bond between you and him? Don't you think that at one point you will turn sexual with him, it ain't only about sex, maybe because you're loving this man and you think that if you were back in the civilization, you'd both be married to each other?

Unless a woman doesn't crave for sex or do not need sex, that's another story!

Also, how do you address the problem of possible rape and unwanted pregnancies on a deserted island? How do you get treated for STD/STI and other related physical harm? There is no hospital, no medical facility, nothing.

You have a point there but it is what it is and about rape, like i said not all men will rape a woman if they have the chance, you will be surprised in this situation and will ask the man with you about how come he didn't force her for anything sexual till now or rape her, even though he can and won't be punished but he didn't do any of these, why? It's simply because when a man have boudaries and love a woman for real, he won't be able to do such things!

I don't know of many men in their prime age that will not take advantage of a woman if they are certain that they have nothing to fear from a legal and justice point of view. I have yet to find a man in the age group 16-30 that can control his sexual needs when there is only one female around that is defenseless against a physically much stronger man.

Just look at the post of a male user and what his attitude towards the woman he would chose and what he would do. Do you honestly think that he would care if she is raped or not and he is passed the prime age?

I'd likely do okay with anyone, I'm easy to get along with and the nice thing is I know how to survive. I'm a botanist and can likely determine what plants are edible. I know how to fish and set snares for any mammals, so we are unlikely to run out of food anytime soon.
