well you better be, if you have disney plus. so it turns out that if you ever had a disney plus account. even just a free trial. you'll automatically sign off your ability to ever sue disney in the fine print of the contract forever.

Those are called contracts of adhesion and those clauses aren't enforceable, even against Disney. You might be limited to not suing them over the Disney streaming service, but it doesn't apply to all causes of action over the Disney empire.

well disney lawyers still used it to try and dismiss the lawsuit and move it to arbitration. luckily this wsan't successfull, which might be due to the huge public outrage at the time. they may otherwise have gotten away with it.
