Billy Madison, specifically for the scene with Steve Buscemi. Steve played Danny McGrath, a misfit in school. Billy (Adam) calls him up to apologize for being mean to him in school. Danny plays it off as though he doesn't really remember, but when they get off the phone Danny removes Billy from a list of people who had wronged him and whom he intended to end. It was played for laughs, but really spoke to how some simple kindness can change everything.

Punch drunk love…. The scene where he beats up the people who con him and cause his girlfriend to bleed from an accident really got me all fired up and sure as hell gained my respect for Sandler even more after that
