Here is a WW2 veteran and a son of Armenian immigrants, working the family vineyard and raisin farm outside Fresno, California, and making about 200 mile (about 350 km for you Germans) road trips down to Los Angeles to try to make it in show business. And finally, he has a novelty hit that turns into a cartoon series.
