Is this song philosophically sound?

Almost all of Megan Trainor's songs preach feminism which doesn't make the messages about her songs very good. This song flew over my head before, but a few days ago I randomly thought about it. It was weird when I listened to it because I was thinking about my friend's graduation. The song is sung in a romantic context. The lyric "I won't take you for granted" highlighted another question; Can loss strengthen the love we already have?
