I'm seeing conflicting information. At first I read that it's fine to post anything that isn't gameplay, so pre-match ceremonies and anything going on in the stands or during half-time or after the final whistle is fine. But then I found another post that said, you can't even post any official banners or anything that says FIFA 2026 on it, which by MY interporation means THIS...

Then another post said, you can't point your camera at the field AT ALL during gameplay, even if you can't really see anything, and your main focus is what's happening in the stands.

Also, from where I was sitting, you can see the monitors.
I think it would be really cool to post it, but I don't wanna risk losing my channel that've had for almost 2 decades.

You can absolutely post a vlog of your World Cup trip, but you need to be careful with broadcast and branding rights ⚽📹
Filming yourself, the crowd, travel, atmosphere, and general fan experience is usually fine. The risk comes from:
– Showing actual match gameplay or stadium screens (that’s broadcast content).
– Long, clear shots focused on the field or big screens.
– Using official footage, logos, or music in a way that looks like you’re redistributing the match.
To stay safer, keep gameplay in the background, brief, and not the focus, lower the volume of in‑stadium commentary, and focus your edits on your reactions and the ambiance. If in doubt, trim or blur anything that clearly shows the match feed or TV monitors.
It’s not 100% risk‑free, but many fan vlogs from past World Cups exist because they avoid making the game footage the “content” itself 🎥✨
