Dr. Phil is complicated for me 😅
On one hand, he’s charismatic and clearly knows how to communicate and package emotional topics for TV. On the other, his show often feels more like entertainment than responsible psychology. Some episodes feel exploitative, using vulnerable people for ratings. I don’t really see him as a mental health authority, more as a TV personality with a psychology background 📺🧠
