I have written a paragraph to my best friend on how much I love her, she has seen it but hasn't replied. What should I do? Should I be worried?

So basically I have Borderline Personality Disorder, anxiety and depression and my friend has been there for me and so i wanted to tell her how much she means to me and a thanks you. So basically with the BPD i am constantly afraid she will leave me as well as everyone else. She is my only one true friend and I the fact she has ignored it worries me.
Should I writer something? Call her? Should I be worried?

Its not something to be worried about. I've seen my best friend cry and hurting. I've stopped him in the middle of suicide. he's depressed and has anxiety and panic attacks. And has high blood pressure. But i get a message like that too once a month from him. She'll reply. Dont worry.
