Is it fair that my older brother gets to boss me around just because he's older?

My parents allow him to tell me what to do and I am so sick of. We have a kind of big age difference. I'm 15 and he's 28 but still he's my BROTHER not some elder I have to respect. He made me take down my Instagram video of me LIP SYNCING, Bodak Yellow by Cardi B. He said that I was "cursing" which I wasn't because I didn't even actually say the word. When he visits, he tells me to go to my room when I talk back to him and my mom yells at me for not listening to him, he sometimes takes my phone and keeps it until he leaves back home and he does more irritating stuff. This is so annoying and I do not think my brother should be having authority over me like he's my dad.

I can relate to your comment about your brother sounding more like dad and not a brother. Don't take it that way he is your older brother he loves you and wants the best for you. I guess he should said it in a different cool way rather then sounding like a dad to you. My older brother is 40 he tells me what to do of course way many years go when I was teen it drive me off the walls , But at the end I would see results that my older brother loves me and wants what is best for me and I have respect for him. Even still now my older brother talks too me more like as if I was his child and not like a sibling. You are lucky that at least he not evil brother my friends older brother he is only 3 years older then her and he ended up braking her arm on the trampoline or putting ketchup on her clothes. See at least we don't have to deal or worry about the older sibling being a bully the closer in age the sibling is the worst according to my friends.
