If you won a 3 story mansion (10 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms) who would you invite to live with you? Would they stay free or put in on rent?

Ok lets say the layout is... Top Floor - 3 Bed 2 Bath 1 Private Living Room  (Master gets its own bath, Other 2 rooms share) Middle Floor - 5 Bed 4 Bath 1 Living 1 Den 1 Kitch (3 Beds get their own bath, other 2 share hall) Bottom Floor/Basement - 2 Bed 1 Bath 1 Rec (Both Beds share a bath) For me... I’d stay on the  top floor  with my husband and 2-4 kids. Its 3 bed, so a room for us, then a room for the girls, and a room for the boys. I’d invite my mom, sis, and 2 grandparents to stay on the  middle floor  as long as they each give $250 a month to help with rent. My grandparents dont like sleeping in the same room lol so those 4 bedrooms would be used. The fifth room would be my guest room for when friends come over. However, if my family starts acting up, i’d sell the mansion, downsize and everyone goes back to living in their own house. As for The 2 bedrooms on the  bottom floor, I  would turn those into my office and his mancave. But when the kids age up, we’ll use it as bedrooms so that they get their own rooms. #FeelFreeToList #FamilyForever

I'd put my sister and her family on the top floor. My niece and nephew each get a room and share a bathroom. My sis and hubby get the Master bed and bathroom.
I'd take the middle floor. I want a boy girl set of twins so I'm thinking ahead. Me and my hypothetical husband in one room, the kids each have their own room. We all have our own bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms are offices for me and the husband.
I'd put my mom on the bottom floor and not on the floor with us simply because I need that time with just me and her. Or just her and my sister. Just us time. And it would be like a little apartment for her.

Oh damn okee well I would take the top floor for myself, my room, dressing room and my sister can have the 3rd room

In the middle floor I would give out to my friends (they would probably just come to hang out, cause we all like to be independent, so the middle floor would be mostly a ghost town lol) one room left as a guest room (for mom when she visits, she can't live with me, cause she will take my stepfather with her and I hate this man. She can't live with us)

And the bottom floor, I would use one bedroom as a fitness room and the other one would be a home cinema

Second: Family stays for free but buys ALL the food and I’d pick up the utilities (about $2,500/month for a place like that)...
Third: definitely an office on the ground floor - but a huge common area for everyone to use

Most probably would be ending up alone anyway, so I would be living there alone, and everybody's invited, including you dear Des :-)

Seriously, I will in fact be there alone, with my mother most probably.
If I happen to meet the love of my life and share a life time with her, then certainly she will be moving in. If she wants to invite friends over, or her parents to live with us, they are all most welcome, my pleasure to have them with us :-D

Of course, along the road of happiness, kids will pop out of my beloved wife, and they would be running everywhere and breaking stuff :-P

I'd live somewhere like that with friends. If they were earning money consistently I'd probably ask them to pitch in somewhat for the rent. But... if I simply owned the house and didn't have to pay rent on it, I probably wouldn't charge them much for staying there. It'd probably be like 15 bucks a week per person.

It'd be no fun living there with no one. I don't intend to live in the same city as my parents as they're very happy where they are and I'm not so happy there to be honest. (Mostly just the climate). So yeah I'd hang out there with my friends. It'd be fun to do skits together or host events at the house. I'd love a place like that so long as I could live there in a group. I honestly love the idea of a communal house like that.

Well, at the moment I only got the fam.. So we would be livin there.. I would probably want the second of third floor, but I would let my mama choose first.. Then I'll take whatever floor I want, and maybe my 2 brothers can have the first floor.. Or whatever floor is left.. And share that one.. LOL.. Especiall if it was that house.. It's beautiful..

I'd choose to live there with my bae, kids (if any) and my friends.
Would wish if my friends stayed for free, but I don't think I can manage the bills by myself for everyone, but they should know that themselves as they would take notice of the situation to willingly help out, I got great friends.
However if it was one of my friend's decision, he would overwork himself just so he can pay off bills for everyone's stead.

Close family i would say friends but i don't really have any that im close with like that irl and those ones i do have are from gag and live hella far so im not sure they'd wanna just pack up everything they have leave everything and everyone they've ever know and come live with me lol

I'd live in the ground floor or maybe first floor - cause I'm lazy... I can't climb the stairs every now and then. And there's a pool 😍 so probably ground floor

A couple friends I hang out with now (3) and a couple with 2 kids who are good friends (4) and I'd also invite my roomate. And they wouldn't have to necessarily pay the rent but any help and upkeep would be nice. Either that or I would live by myself with a caretaker

What this burg lacks is a decent brothel. Basement would make a brilliant dungeon for the dommes to do their thing. That pool offers some interesting playtime possibilities. Surely there's a good sized sitting room for a cash bar.
How's the parking? Won't get planning approval without a decent number of parking spaces.
