How can I convince my sister not too wear too short and cleavage?

My sister is 20 years old and she always prefer to wear short mini skirts and too cleavage. I am too worried about that she never listens and cares me. Unforyunately , her nipples are too obvious in her clothes. how can I stop that?

you could try suggesting she looks better in something else, have her do a dress up show for some friends/guys and make sure they give the right answer:)
It's a girl, she wants to be desired... so whatever gets the looks/wins.
take her out shopping, have her try some diff stuff and support your case. no girl on planet earth ever refused shopping!

I would work more to make sure she doesn't drink and knows how to defend herself.
