My brother makes me feel really awkward and uncomfortable, I don't like talking to him, he says inappropriate crap and makes me feel so uneasy, he mocks things like periods and comes in saying "Hey (name,) are you watching inappropriate stuff on your laptop?"

It's disgusting, this has been going on since I was like 7.

I think you should. If it’s really bothering you, you should say something. You can think it over before you do and figure out how to describe it without making it sound worse than it is. The only other option is to tell your brother directly before bringing your parents into it, but you shouldn’t let this keep up. Maybe your brother thinks he’s being funny, but if you don’t then it means he’s making fun at your expense and that isn’t right.
