Why do moms prefer their son than daughter?

Ok so I’m 15 and I’m very mature for my age I’m gonna be 16 in like a month , and I still can’t wear crop top , bikinis or even shorts when it’s summer, and I even have a Curfew it’s 7:00pm , I do everything in the house I clean mop and do the dishes before I got out. My brother don’t do anything and can’t even come back home at 4-5am and get up at 5am and got out and he is a good son. All my friends out here not having curfew having fun while FaceTiming me I hate.
And if I forget to do the dishes I’m disgrace to the family and she wishes that she never had me while my brother literally doe drugs.
And evrytime I ask her why my brother can do this and I can’t her answer is always (cause he is a boy) I’m not trynna make my mom look bad but I just can’t take it and me and her don’t have a mother and daughter close relationship and she is mental abusing me.

admittedly I only really have one daughter (it often feels like more than one), i am likely closer in some regards than her mother.

I know my ex wife and daughter can have some classic arguments but they are both open with each other but very a like in temperament, which can lead to some fun discussions lol.

I am more of the comfort zone and cuddle giver and sounding board for things, I also get asked things she’s not really sure to ask her mum about, as she knows it will be a No or develop in to a heated debate lol.

I am also the easy touch in regards to what’s allowed etc, mainly as I trust more and I am very much about getting experience in a controlled manner.

some kids go to college never ever having been allowed to grow up in the real world, go to parties, get drunk, meet and chat to others after 8pm etc.

When you are married they your parents are grooming you to be the wife the stay at home mother who will be submissive to her man. It's pretty simple keep you dumb and limit your idea's that when you need to get out you know what you can do.

I didn't blow him off he died when I was only a year old, so don't assume. I never knew my dad, he died from a drug and alcohol overdose. So how dare you tell me I will regret blowing him off. He left me a suicide not saying he couldn't take being a dad, and he wished he never had me, due to financial struggles. So who blew who off?
