Do you think you could die of loneliness, or lack of social networks?

People can die from loneliness and there is also lots of studies how animals and basically humans as well, biologically need to be social if we are social creatures. Otherwise like it or not it could have impact on are life expectancy.
This is an evolutionary biological thing. And there is many results those who are partners have longer life's.
So you could say it's like smoking. But it's much less noticeable to the naked eye.

So for example i would live, i would probably make it to 70 instead of 90.

I think any type of stress can negatively impact your health, but it's going to depend on your personality.

Its not as clear cut as depriving someone of food.
