So I'm 24 and my fiance is 26 we don't want kids at the moment but we find ourselves talking about kids at times. What would we name them, what gender we want, how we'll raise them, etc. At first I didn't want kids because I was afraid of childbirth. I started to have this feeling about babies and how it'll be being a parent in the future. He says he wants 2-3 and I wouldn't mind. It feels like as we get older the more we talk about kids. I keep having dreams about having a girl and she's so beautiful and looks the same every time I have that dream. I feel we'll be awesome parents.
Superb Opinion
Around 23 is when I first figured out that being a father is how I saw my future.
We didn't have a baby until we were 27, but it's good to be on the same page about it. I started preparing and becoming the kind of person I wanted to be for my child.
I quit partying and I decided that I always wanted to tell my kids the truth about anything they asked me. I wanted to have good communication with them and have their trust, love and respect. In order to achieve that I needed to become the kind of father they could trust, love and respect.
