Tehre is an upcoming family (my mom, bro, my sister and her husband, my aunts and also cousins) local
trip for Easter week, next week We all are going to the house my family (my aunts) have next to the beach. One of my aunts is the one who live there. That house was inherited to my aunts by their parents many years ago. So lets say it is a family house and my cousins sicne we were little on vacations we always go there now as an adult we stil go and visit but not all the relatives visit the house as often as many years ago anymore. The family house has some cabins to rent, located next to the main house. So for this trip in order all the family to cooperate for the house expenses, we have a method to do that. The house expenses includes groceries, fruits and veggies, meat, fish, and meals to go on local rides around the city (to the beach like, pic nic style) and we are going to hire a cook too to cook us for 4 days, as we are many people in the house, also if the relatives will stay at the cabins we have to cooperate also to pay the respective rooms or at least cooperate beacuse my aunt who lives there and manage the cabins since we are family she does not charge us but the house will need the money to pay expenses anyway (cabins utilities mostly), so we just give our aunt some money cooperation even if she won't charge us for the room (the family).
So the method will be this way, the main groceries will be bought here where we live before we leave for the trip as wehre my aunt lives there are markets sure but things are more expensive there so it is a bit cheaper to buy the things before hand in our city down town. So one relative will buy all the groceries for the days we are going to stay there and once teh trip is over and the relatives are returning home, we calculate and divide the expenses (with bills on hand) so all family members start to reimburse the money to the person who bought all the groceries first before the trip started plus we have to add

does not carry cash and she has to survive with $76 for her personal expenses until she gets paid again next week and she does not like to borrow money from her husband (who earns more money than her) and she todl me "Im not millionaire". I mean the food has to be bought before I leave for the family house on Wednesday and she gets paid until Thrusday. Im pissed at my sister acting cheap because she then does have money to go on trip overseas, , to remodelate her kitchen but not for this.
