My sister and I were having an argument over money that was stored in our house. It got very heated and we actually began fighting physically (stupid I know). Our brother tried to stop us and he agreed with me more so he held her down with me. But she managed to reach underneath him and she grabbed onto his genitals. She squeezed his testicles really hard and he was basically screaming to her to let go and he fell forwards off her and she kicked me away with her feet. She stood up and kicked him in the back and took the paperwork and ran out of the house.
I took my brother to the doctors straight away and the doctor said that it might affect his hormones and fertility. They are both under 18 so it's complicated but he says he wants to sue her but I don't know what case he would even have?
