Do you think all my magic the gathering cards are trash now after my brothers dog pooped and peed on them?

I have $400-$500 worth of magic cards and magic merchandise. It was all in a box. My brothers dog was staying with us and after he left, I found some poop in the box along with some soiled cards. I just went through them and most of them appeared not to have pee on it but I don't know how many of them actually touched the poop. Are all my cards trash now? Would it be gross if I used them?
