How to get my 9 year old daughter to understand she will lose access to her grandparents?

My mom and grandmother are narcissistics, abusive, and toxic.. we will be moving in 2 weeks.. my daughter doesn't understand her grandmothers behavior and how toxic they are. I've asked my grandmother and mother both to get mental help, but they're refusing too. They both have caused me distress, abuse, and mu health can't tolerate their behavior. I'm tackling graves disease right now and under doctors care. Sadly, they don't care that they're lose grandparents access because I don't want my kids exposed to their behavior and think it's acceptable.

My seven-year-old didn’t really have much of a relationship with my mother to begin with, so it wasn’t that much of a transition from little relationships no relationship.
